How to do the 3 Day Diet

The 3 Day Diet has been around for 20 years. It is a drastic way to lose 10 pounds in 3 days. We have learned a lot about losing weight since then, but for those who are in a time crunch here is the diet plan.

      Day 1
      Breakfast
      Black coffee or tea, use Sweet & Low or Equal to sweeten if desired
      1/2 grapefruit or any juice
      1 piece of toast with 1 tbs of peanut butter
      For Lunch
      1/2 cup tuna
      1 piece of toast
      Black coffee or tea, Sweet & Low or Equal for sweetening
      Dinner
      3 ounces any kind of lean meat or chicken
      1 cup green beans
      1 cup carrots
      1 apple
      1 cup vanilla ice cream

      Breakfast
      Black coffee or tea
      1 egg
      1/2 banana
      1 piece of toast
      Lunch
      1 cup cottage cheese or tuna fish
      8 regular saltine crackers
      Dinner
      2 beef hot dogs
      1 cup of broccoli or cabbage
      1/2 cup of carrots
      1/2 banana
      1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

      Day 3
      Breakfast
      Black coffee or tea
      5 regular saltine crackers
      1 ounce of cheese
      1 apple
      Lunch
      Black coffee or tea
      1 boiled egg
      1 piece of toast
      Dinner
      1 cup of tuna
      1 cup of carrots
      1 cup of cauliflower
      1 cup of melon
      1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

      Drink 4 glasses of water a day.
