  1. In the Morning. The first thing I do in the morning is come down and cut on the tea kettle to warm some water. Then I get my first glass of water (I drink about 10 a day). When the water is Hot I steep my tea and have a cup before breakfast. Oolong provides healthy weight loss benefits by increasing your metabolism. As we increase our metabolism we also energy. Therefore, Oolong is an energy boost and very helpful to start the day. Much healthier for you than that first cup of coffee.
  2. Before Lunch. Typically, I get two cups of tea from my tea bags and I have a cup before lunch as well. Admittedly this is easy for me as I work from home. Maybe you can not have your second cup until the evening. The increased energy we get is also needed throughout the day.
  3. Before dinner. Have you noticed a pattern. I drink three to four cups a day. I always drink them before meals. I usually drink water as well.
  4. The other benefit is that i have less of an appetite. Even though I eat 6 small portions a day (breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, evening snack) I am never hungry and my body digests my food better. Furthermore, I am energized all day.
