How to lose body fat without exercise

Most of people who want to lose body fat are doing wrong. I'm sure you will probably here that is almost impossible without doing exercise. I am saying here that you can control your body fat and lose your weight in the same way.

My very first advice is DRINK. Drink water ! Don't be afraid to drink lots  of water in a day. When you will drink you will feel full so you will eat less it is as simple as that. Of course avoid soda or other sugar water. You can make tea if you like and a famous one well-known to lose weight is the green tea. Green tea is very famous for his power to eliminate the fat in your body. I am sure you already have heard about it. Many Asian drink lot of this tea and you see they are very thin. Start changing your drinking habbit.

The second advice that most people do wrong is SLEEP. You have to sleep well and avoid insomnia cuz it can cause accumulations of fat in the night. Poor sleep and insomnia increase your body fat so take care of it. Don't drink much coffee or caffeine beverage. Make all your efforts to control your stress and mind in the day it will help you to find the sleep.  Avoid eating a big meal before going to bed, this puts your digestive system in overdrive and may not be too comfortable while trying to fall asleep.

The last and maybe the most important advice I have to give you is EAT well and healthy. You must have a very healthy diet in the other case you will have body fat. I give you one nourishment who can be really beneficial to your body and mind as well.
